Plant Master Operator Certification

counterbalance forktruckThe objective of Plant Master Operator Certification is to ensure that operators are informed in respect of the relevant regulations and requirements for the safe use of Plant / Machinery and to assess their ability to put the theory into safe working practice.

Other than guidance on general usage, operator training is not provided during the assessment.

Prior to assessment, all candidates are required to attend an initial presentation / discussion relating to the particular Plant item upon which they will are to be assessed.  There are a maximum number of ten candidates in attendance for the pre-assessment presentation / discussion.  The pre-assessment meeting may include, depending upon the specific Plant item/s, the distribution of safety guidance notes and/or a DVD presentation followed by discussion and a question and answer session related to the specific Plant item.
